The bathroom was wonderful. it had great lighting and felt very large. the free airport transfer was also very convenient. The reception staff even said i could use it after i checked out, very kind. the breakfast offered a plethora of foods to choose from, a amazing spread.
the hotel did not provide slippers or complimentary water.

I appreciated the free airport shuttle. It had an online reservation system! The location near the airport was great. The hotel is in a pleasant residential area. There are parks, a grocery store down the street, and the metro is only a half block away.
Paper cups for coffee were tiny. I also missed a kettle or teabags in the room. This is unusual for a hotel of this standard though the rest was ok.

The shuttle service was efficient and punctual. this made getting to the airport very simple. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items. There were many choices available.
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.

The open plan bathroom offered no privacy. i could see my partner in the wardrobe mirror while they were using the toilet. It was a bit much. the nespresso machine was also a mess. Coffee went everywhere because the cups were too small.

The hotel location is near the airport, a true blessing. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport, a GREAT convenience. The breakfast had many options.
The pool was quite SMALL. Only a few loungers were available.

The breakfast was fantastic, such wow. The airport shuttle service was great, and it was on time. Luggage loading and unloading were easy because of the empty basement parking.
The reception never pick up the phone, frustrating. The coffee machine did not work, a big disappointment in the morning. There was no kettle or tea bags in the room, and when I called to ask for tea, no one answer.
