“This hotel impresses with its modern, spacious rooms, equipped with advanced technology and a commitment to convenience with its efficient airport shuttle. Its location, near the El Capricho Metro station, makes city exploration easy, while business travelers will appreciate the comprehensive event facilities. However, reports of unprofessional behavior during check-out and inflexible service regarding unforeseen circumstances raise concerns about consistent hospitality.”

Convenient and Clean Airport Hotel
airport shuttle online reservation pleasant area
I appreciated the free airport shuttle. It had an online reservation system! The location near the airport was great. The hotel is in a pleasant residential area. There are parks, a grocery store down the street, and the metro is only a half block away.
Paper cups for coffee were tiny. I also missed a kettle or teabags in the room. This is unusual for a hotel of this standard though the rest was ok.

open plan bathroom small cups
The airport shuttle was prompt. That was acceptable.
The open plan bathroom offered no privacy. i could see my partner in the wardrobe mirror while they were using the toilet. It was a bit much. the nespresso machine was also a mess. Coffee went everywhere because the cups were too small.

really good breakfast airport shuttle service easy parking unanswered phone broken machine missing kettle
The breakfast was fantastic, such wow. The airport shuttle service was great, and it was on time. Luggage loading and unloading were easy because of the empty basement parking.
The reception never pick up the phone, frustrating. The coffee machine did not work, a big disappointment in the morning. There was no kettle or tea bags in the room, and when I called to ask for tea, no one answer.
